Insurance

Pink Cloud Therapy made a decision not to accept insurance reimbursement at this time for services. Because of this, I am not mandated by an insurance provider to disclose information about you as a patient. I can assure you that your treatment is completely confidential in all respects. 

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges. I will provide that to you. I can also provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. 

Sliding Scale and memberships may be applicable. Talk to me about these options. 

Payment

Pink Cloud Therapy accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Usually payment will be made by credit or debit card at the time of session. 

Telehealth

Accessible, convenient, and in the comfort of your home.

Whole experience is done through completely confidential patient portal (HIPPA compliant).

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
